Hello everyone. I haven't been here in a few days. It's getting hectic here with the holidays getting closer and closer. Not a lot to tell. We have the monsoons as far as the weather goes. I've gotten the house decorated inside and out. I'm still making candy. LOL Today it's peanut clusters. I'm going to be posting a few of the really easy holiday candy recipes in the recipe post. Take care and hopefully soon things will slow down here and I can come back and play. lol

Good morning

I was not going to decorate at all because I live alone but I went and bought a small fake tree a couple of days ago. It has a string of lights on it and I have it set on a table with presents around so it look a little festive. It's not as depressing in here anymore.

We are in the middle of a huge storm. At the moment it is sleeting here. Snow a little north of us.

Well Roddy, it's just my husband and I here. I still love to decorate and do the candy making ect. It's the holidays, and it is depressing when you know it's Christmas and you haven't put up any decorations. I agree it's a pain to take it all down as well but, lol it's the season for doing lots of extra work. ~,^

I didn't have room for any decorations whatsoever in the old apartment but this one I do.

All our decorations are up now, we have not started thinking about food yet apart from getting a duck for Christmas Day. BUT the delivery van came this evening at about 9:20 PM with a big box of baby food and other assorted goodies for the hedgehog, I thought I was getting a treat
