Hi Jan,
Glad you like it, log is clean as a whistle there.
You will find the "quick scan" more than adequate for general scanning use, the full scan I only use if I have any "concerns or symptoms" etc.
As Rod said, be careful not to delete anything you might find in the future, as even MBAM gets the occasional false positive.. but "quarantined" items can be restored anyway if needed.

It's about the best program of it's kind around at the moment (and I have no commercial interest in stating that fact)...

I'd like to add one odd ball question on this. Do people still use Spybot S&D and Adaware SE.. Since Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware came out, that all I ever use..Just curious to know..

Some people still do Ron. I don't because I feel that MBAM and Super are better but that is my own opinion.

MBAM and Avira does it for me, you get mixed reviews on Spybot if you look around.... see a lot of comments like "used to be the best"... "not the program it used to be" etc.. also many people who still swear by it!!

All a matter of choice really and whatever works for you depending on your surfing habits etc..
Adaware as I recall lost the confidence of a lot of people because of an issue with a service that was constantly running and eating up resources.. don't remember the exact details, but a lot of people in the know stopped recommending it after that because nobody could properly explain the reasoning behind why it was running all the time even when Adaware itself was not..(think it was something like that)..
