Yup, we are going to have a white Christmas again this year! I took this photo of the greenbelt behind our house this morning. I go out in the afternoons on snow shoes and get a bit of exercise.

The temp is 20F with no wind so it's not really cold. Our snow removal and sanding services are really good so driving is not bad either. Pity those in the Tropics, they don't have this!

After the winter storm a few days ago there were places in Virginia that look like this too. I understand the Mid-West is in for this week.

Yep, I am in Kansas and it is supposed to hit the state here starting tomorrow. My area will get rain first but it will change to snow with a LOT of wind Christmas Eve day and night. Not going to make good traveling for the holiday. We are having Christmas here where I live this year but have people coming from as far away as Houston.

Sounds like a good reason to stay inside and drink eggnog or just drink without the nog.

On the bright side, the days are getting longer now, the sun is returning!
