For those of you that don't already know, My dad passed away on August 8th. He was 84 and had a full life. I am flying to New Hampshire in the middle of the night Friday morning to help celebrate his life as he did not want us to mourn. I am looking forward to this as I will be seeing a lot of friends and family from all over the place that I have not seen in 10 years or more since I moved to Kansas. Short trip though, I will be back late Monday night.

My condolences Rod, Hope the trip goes as well as can be expected in the circumstances.
Always a bitter / sweet occasion, but we usually only tend to meet most distant relatives at such times!

It is a pity, but it is only really this type of thing which gets entire families together these days with everyone living so far apart.
I think you may just get a few surprises when you get to meet everyone, 10 years is a long time.

Yes it sometimes takes a tradegy to get people together but it has bee a month and a half now so it is quite as bad.

I am back, Trip was great other than the original reason I had to go there for. I am still behind on sleep though LOL. I have a huge number of things to do that I would have normally done during the time I was gone because Friday was check day so it will be a couple of days before I start catching up in the forums.

It is good to have you back Roddy but don't worry too much about the forums, just get things sorted out at home first.
