Is there any ways to use Becky! as Microsft Exchange Client?? (if Exchange Server doesn't support pop3 access)

Thanks

Yes, if the server allows web-access (OWA).
Download Davmail (sourceforge), configure it (usually only the server-name with "/exchange" or "/owa" attached), configure Becky to use incoming server 127.0.0.1 and port 1110. You can be set in 10 minutes.

With this I read multiple pop3 accounts, gmail, hotmail AND exchange.
The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how to read 2 exchange accounts. But that may not be possible yet :-)
