Min.us - Now with more pluses!
A great way to share your photos, and now you can share other kinds of files, too, simply by dragging the file onto the min.us web page. This could not possibly be any easier. Go to http://min.us and drag a file onto the page. You can make the file public or private. You’ll receive a link to the file. Instead of trying to send huge photos or videos through email, send the link. Your friends and family can just click on the link and view or download the file. Besides photos you can now share videos PDF files , mp3 files (http://min.us/mvnREF0), and text files .

You do not need to create an account to use the service, but if you want to create an account, you’ll be able to find all your stuff in one place, and you can upload larger files. (More info here: http://min.us/pages/faq) Besides adding more file types, the guys at min.us have added a desktop application, mobile applications (yes, for iPhones and Android phones, too!) and browser extensions. As with any service where you upload your files, I always advise thinking before clicking, and not uploading anything of a sensitive or confidential nature.


You can still attach photos to email if you want to!
If you really want to send a photo or a couple of photos attached to an email, you can still do that. Some email programs and some photo programs will offer the option to resize the photo when you attach it to your email.
