Autologon using Windows XP

If you are annoyed having to click the profile on your every reboot (if you only have one profile on the system), this is how you can make your XP autologon. :)

Click Start -> Run and type in:
  • control userpasswords2
  • Uncheck the box next to Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
  • Now click OK (or Apply).
  • Now type the name of the profile that will be logged in automatically (or leave it as Administrator) by Windows, aswell as the password.
  • If you have no password on your account, leave that blank.
  • Click OK.

You shouldn't have to click on the profile any longer after you do this. :)
