Now that you have installed Ad-Aware AE, you're ready to run it for the first time.

Double-click on the desktop icon to start Ad-Aware AE.





The program will then load. Once it is done, you will be presented with the Main Screen.
To run a scan, click on Scan System.





Choose either Smart Scan or Full Scan, then click Scan Now.





Ad-Aware AE will then begin to scan your computer for malware.





Once it is finished it will present a report of what was found if anything.





Once you are finished with the scan as well as the removal of any threats detected, go ahead and close Ad-Aware AE.
