I found this in the yahoo group

The PGP plugin part of the standard distribution of Becky does not work
with PGP 8 because it makes use the old pgp.exe command-line tool which
is not part of PGP 8 anymore.

The source code of the plugin is available as a sample plug-in through
the Plug-In SDK.

I decided to update it to fit my needs and contacted PGP Corporation
about 10 days ago (or a bit more) in order to get the appropriate
license and get their SDK and reference manual. I'm still busy in this
licensing procedure with them.

As soon as I get the SDK and proper documentation, I'll rewrite the PGP
Plug-In to get perfect PGP 8 support. I think I will leave the current
plugin untouched and just produce a new PGP8 plugin. That will be much
simpler than making a plugin supporting all versions and a use doesn't
need, at the same time, support for multiple versions anyway.
